Details: Sweet sounds directly to your ears
I needed a separate headphones amplifier for my HD600s since my preamplifier does not have headphones socket. I ordered the MC66-AE from Ornec because of the very attractive price. The package arrived safely some weeks later to my door ( three layers of bubble-wrap on outside of the box...)
The build quality of the amplifier is superb. The sound is sweet and gets better, the longer you keep it switched ON before listening. I ordered some spare 6N6 tubes from http://www.askjanfirst.com/ so I can keep it ON all day ! |

Details: Great service, fast delivery (Ming Da MC66-AE)
I had a great experience in purchasing my tube headphone amp (Ming Da MC66-AE) from Ornec. I was a bit uncomfortable, in that I had never ordered a product from a company located outside the US. I was assured by the fact that when I sent an email to Ornec\'s support address, they were expeditious in sending me a complete response to any/all of my questions. If I called their phone line (during business hours), they always were there to assist me. Upon receipt/confirmation of my payment, my item was shipped very quickly; it was packaged extremely well. The amplifier is built well and sounds wonderful; it\'s a great value and I highly recommend it.
