Grado RS-1 = a well known classic.
After 60 hours of break-in time they do really shine. Great phone, like already stated by many others. Maybe one weakness: when listening at extreme loud levels the little bit overemphasized range around 2kHz, narrows down the soundstage a bit...but a digital equalizer can easily overcome this little problem.
Great phone, for me on par with my HD650s, although the 2 sound really different. |
