Una bella costuzione senza filatura eccessiva.Per me mancava un pò di dinamica e ampiezza sonora anche se molto dettagliato.Con il semplice cambio dei condensatori di uscita,due valvole jj tesla non nos e degli opa 637 penso di aver ottenuto una macchina veramente buona che per le mie esperienze se la batte con lettori da 2000 euro in su.Eccellente.Ornec è molto serio e i suoi prodotti sono di gran qualità altamente consigliato!! |

I received the cayin cd-17a after 5 days since the order to Ornec!Excellent communications with these guys. The gear is top class and a real bargain at this price. It is going to be tweaked with 2xAD843(output)+4xOPA627BP(filter) plus 4xE88CC Siemens: I stop here because I am not handy with the soldering iron. |

The Cayin has replaced rotel rdv a 1080 dvd-audio that played decidedly better of marrantz the 6000 kis and of the dvd-audio arcam for the small in order to say purchase price of 2500 euro. Law also cd rw what that the rotel it did not make. Very very good |

This unit is just amazing. The music flows like water from a spring. The sound is always balanced, smooth and delicate.
This is clearly an incredible bargain for the price.
At last, the transaction was fast and secure (the whole thing
needed no more than ten days).

Hello everybody, I have been using for one year and a half. This CDP is a very nice one with his potential. Very fluid with full OPA627BP and Siemens CCa. But it has been tweaked by the magicien of Belgium: he changed the clock, the cross-over parts and the scheme of power card, changed the resistors by silver mica around the AOP, changed the AOP for discrets components AOP, changed the red WIMA 2.0uF 250VDC for Mundorf Silver/Oil 3.3uF 1200VDC. I change as well the Siemens CCa for RTC E88CC Cryo MQ and the result is terrific especially by XLR since the Cayin is a real Symetric scheme. I have had a shanling T200C for two years. A very good cd player. But this one? Unbelieveble, more air, more detail, deeper bas, wider soundstage. Or to be short: on evey front a bit better, and this conclusion only after one day of listening! |
